Don’t waste your time. No GF menu, nothing GF, and they think they get it so way too risky for anyone with allergies.

They menu with pizza is not offered anymore.

We’ve been here before and have had no trouble getting my celiac daughter some delicious pizza, so we’re not giving just one star for tonight’s experience. We made reservations after being told they had GF crusts, but after ordering we were informed they had none that evening. Then when we ordered the charcuterie - specifically being told it could be done GF - it came with slices of baguette right on it and had to be sent back. So where it’s normally been fine, and the pizza is delicious, just be very careful.

Delicious pizza.... didn’t get sick! When you order more than one pizza, they bring them out on tiered racks... be careful because if you are with others not eating GF, pizza can slide off & contaminate. Ask for separate pizza racks.

Last week we had great gluten free pizza here. There is a sign over the kitchen doorway that says "We are proud to offer Gluten Free pizza." They take cross contamination seriously. The gluten free crust was delicious and crispy and honestly I think the best GF crust I have had. It is made by Still Riding Foods which is a local CT company. We also saved room for the nutella dessert pizza (also on a gluten free crust) that came with a fruit compote - so good! They also had GF beer.

Pizza was good and nice atmosphere. Waiter was friendly but not super knowledgeable about gf. Brought the gf and non-gf pizzas on the same rack so there was some worry. Ultimately my daughter was fine and enjoyed the meal with no bad side effects.

I'm giving Kitchen Zinc five stars based on their gluten free-ness. They are as likely as anyone with a shared kitchen to be gluten free (yes I checked off "celiac friendly" but one can never bee 100% sure in a restaurant that's not 100% gluten free).

I am not so impressed with the food. They use a quality gluten free crust – Still Riding, which is tasty but a little heavy on Tapioca for my tasttes. The problem is that the food is already pricey at Kitchen Zinc and the markup for gluten free crusts is $5!

Is the food decent and gluten free? Yes. Is it worth $13-$23+ for a 12 inch gluten free pizza? I would say not really.

Really delicious and interesting gf pizza. It won't trick you into thinking you are having a regular pizza crust, but it is still crispy and good. My non-gf fiance is happy to share with me although their regular pizza is quite good too. Salads and some apps can also be gf. Ask your server. Also has gf beer. Sadly not open for lunch.
