Almost all options are or can be made gluten free. Super knowledgeable staff. Gluten free desserts are now wrapped and kept separate so to prevent cross contamination. Poke bowls are amazing!! Highly recommend!!!
All of their sandwiches can be made on GF bread. Lots of baked food that are GF and also many vegan options!
They have gluten free desserts and breads and other options but when I asked if they had gluten free dressing I was told "dressings are gluten free by default, gluten is only in grains." As this is completely false, the staff should be more informed if they are offering gluten free food options. (A few of the salads come with balsamic glaze dressing which could contain gluten which I why I asked)

I went in the other day hoping to get some GF treats for my daughter who is Celiac. I found out that they keep their GF baked good in the same case as the Vegan treats, so there is a risk of cross contamination. I was so disappointed because I usually travel all the way to NYC to stock up on sweets. I will not be back unless they become better educated.
