Fantastic 100% Gluten Free bistro and bakery. Beer battered or breaded fish frys on Friday’s, as well as a delicious menu for breakfast lunch or dinner. Owners have 3 Celiac children. The “Un-Real” Rye bread and Honey Oat bread are both amazing. On top of it all the service was fantastic. Highly recommend!
Ok all this place is AMAZING!!!! They have really good gluten free options, like mac and cheese, Mac and cheese balls, fried pickles, mozzarella sticks, cream puffs, pizza, peanut butter blossoms, fig bars, muffins, French toast, Fish frys and so much more. I also love that they don’t jack the price up just because it’s GF. All of the cookies were $1. That’s it, I’ve never be able to pay that little for a Gf cookie. I was so thankful to find a shop that actually cares about the GF community, and our wallets. The food was great, I will definitely be back. This place is totally worth a trip if your Gf.
I usually come here for the bakery but have also visited the restaurant half of the business too. Both are great! This is my go-to place for baked goods because the prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and I know it will be safe for me to eat.
I had a great experience! Toughest part was deciding on what to order, as I'm not used to having so many amazing choices. Ended up deciding on the appetizer sampler and blueberry pancakes. And of course an assortment of pastries to go! Definitely keeping this in the list for when we travel to WNY!
Everything is gluten free! There are many options too. Had a great grilled chicken sandwich with artichoke spread, so tasty and great bread! Hubby had a sandwich on ciabatta roll and really enjoyed it(he’s not GF and he’s picky)! Will definitely come back next time we’re in town, but I did get a loaf of rye bead and some cookies for the road! It’s a nice place to go whether you are GF or not.
Delicious!! All items 100% gluten free. It’s nice not to worry about cross contamination. Great for lunch with sandwiches and burgers and fries. Loved the Mac and cheese bites an fried mozzarella sticks. Feels good to eat fried foods since usually it’s out of the question. Yum!
Wow, I just found heaven on earth. I mean, this place is mind blowingly amazing. The honey oat and rye breads are out of this world delicious. The owner and staff could not be more friendly or helpful. I left beaming with the kind of joy that only a homemade fresh slice of bread can provide you. It’s just like you walked into your moms kitchen, but feel 100% safe about what you’re eating. Do not miss this spectacular gem.
Visited on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. Everything was good and had no symptoms. Had asiago chicken over mash potatoes with zucchini and red peppers. Came with corn muffin and chicken and rice soup. Large portions. Had to get a doggie bag. Also got rye bread that was excellant and a carrot muffin that had coconut in it for my son which he enjoyed. Restaurant seating is small. Waitress was friendly. What a treat! Will be back.
I have not had mozzarella sticks in years and these were top notch!!! The new location has more seating and a larger menu! And of course I could not leave without taking home GF sweets and a loaf of white bread fresh out of the oven!!! Thanks so much for providing a safe and friendly environment for all!!
Don't let the outside of this place fool you. The outside just looks like a little house. But it's an amazing gluten-free very popular restaurant. The food options here for gluten-free, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, free are endless. I highly recommend this place to people that enjoy home cooked delicious specialty foods. The baked goods are out of this world. Yum! AKA KKBakeshop. Exclusively GF with DF, vegan and vegetarian options.
Fantastic food! I tried several different baked goods and had breakfast and all of the food was delicious. Large menu selection which included breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The whole restaurant is gluten free so you don’t have to worry about what you’re eating and what may be contaminated.
Kith and Kin is my new top restaurant! They have a wonderful bakery with everything you can imagine, ready to eat or take home with you. Their bistro section is a beautiful sit down with an extensive menu that is entirely gluten free - no gluten ever enters the building at all! The staff is cheerful and personable, making our experience friendly and unique to us as costumers. The owner was quick to introduce themselves and got to know us personally. We will 100% be back again and again.
The owners who run it and are on hands there have 3 children who are celiac so they appreciate the importance of no contamination. The bread is the best I have ever had! They even ship it! Safe and delicious and very friendly in fact their store name means friends and family.
100% gluten free. Spoke with the owner, Tim. His 3 kids have celiacs, and he is very passionate about providing good food for customers with celiacs! He was so friendly, and the food was so good! We stopped in on our way home from our Niagara Falls vacation. Would definitely recommend it even if it is a little out of the way. So nice not having to worry about being "glutened."
Kith and Kin is a gem. It's the best gluten free meal I've ever had, with much more variety than celiacs can ever expect at a restaurant. The prices are incredible too. Whenever I come for lunch, I stock up on treats as well, and I'm always shocked at how low my bill is. The cinnamon rolls remind me of the ones I used to be able to eat, before celiac. I look forward to returning again and again!
Everything is gluten free here! Had a great first visit. Place is owned and run by a nice family. They let us sample four varieties of bread they make. Our favorites were the rye and honey oat. I enjoyed the Gizmo sandwich (turkey breast, spinach and feta on a sun-dried tomato and rosemary ciabatta roll) while my hubby had the banana stuffed french toast. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend to all but especially those w celiac disease like myself. So nice to eat someplace where I can order anything off the menu!
It is so hard to travel and find a good gluten free menu, let alone a whole restaurant and bakery! This place was a god-send for us...the food was awesome and reasonably priced and the service was friendly and caring. We took home a couple of loaves of bread and a bunch of treats too! Wish this place was in our hometown!
I'm not gluten-free, but my wife and young daughters are so I'm writing this review for that perspective. This place is great. My girls are happy and this is the only place I've taken them that they haven't complained about wait times or the food. Me not being gluten-free I have to admit that their breads actually do have good taste to them. As well as they have a similar consistency to regular bread. I was surprised at how good their food tasted, but I was even more surprised at how affordable it is. The only warning I will give you is that their dining room is small, but their still a hidden gem in Lockport so that's fine for now.
