UPDATED April 2024. New owner Angela purchased GF soy sauce to use in cooking. She caught her new cook using flour in the batter for our fish so she had it made again.
NEW OWNER MARCH 2024
Kitty sold to her cousin who is trying to maintain the same recipes. Communication in English is more challenging. One of the same cooks is in the kitchen. NO GF soy sauce. I was able to have salt and pepper fish with a cornstarch batter and Veggie delight with shrimp whose preparation has no soy sauce. Be very careful as the wait staff are still learning ingredients and preparations. As a result I have downgraded my safety and taste ratings.
Update January 2024: I continue to enjoy GF food with no problems. We come here 3-4 times a month because I feel safe eating here. No stress, just enjoy eating out!
Original review: Kitty will prepare gluten-free for you, she sat with me and described how she would carefully prepare my food since celiac diagnosis. My favorite salt and pepper fish now coated in batter of egg and cornstarch. Veggie delight with shrimp has no soy or other whoa ingredients. Rice noodles with veggies. Egg flower soup. Gluten-free soy sauce. Just ask, not on the menu but readily available.

Many options. At least half the menu can be made gluten free. They use corn starch on request for fried items. They know what sauces are and are not gluten free and will modify recipes to accommodate. Noodle dishes can be made with rice noodles. They have gluten free soy sauce.

First, I called to check if they have gf options and was told yes. I ordered beef chow fun and kung pao chicken. Both dishes tasted decent, heavy on the soy sauce and not enough of varying tastes. Recommend for those with milder sensitivities. Glad there is an option.
