Ok, so everyone was very friendly and tried to accommodate me but they didn’t have a lot options. I ended up with a tuna steak with no dressing. Again this staff was helpful.

My waiter knew EXACTLY everything that contained gluten and he and the manager took special care to make sure everything was celiac safe. Highly recommend the Cali roll (with real crab).

I’m not celiac and I had a reaction. Al I ate was edamame, tuna nigiri and a tuna roll w Tamari. Bleh.

Extremely gluten free knowledgeable waitstaff! Tell them you need gluten free or are celiac and this gets printed large with exclamation points when it's sent back to the sushi chefs. GF sushi rice is used plus appropriate sauces are substituted or eliminated. Items that cannot be made GF are salmon, shrimp, eel, smelt eggs, and obviously tempura. The only specialized sushi roll that can be made GF is Katsu Ya (salmon gets eliminated), but you can order confidently from the sushi/sashimi and regular rolls.

Excellent quality sushi for fair prices. Casual restaurant with great service. Best of all they do not only serve gluten free soy sauce (tamari) but also gluten free ponzu sauce. Almost all dishes can be prepared gluten free.
