Not celiac safe. For the fashionably GF, they have GF sweet potato noodles but they prepare them in shared cooking water with the non-GF noodles. I've been in three times now, carefully ordering GF (GF broth, no noodles, only veggies) and have gotten glutened all three times. Such a shame - they've got such potential (and could corner the GF-friendly ramen market!) with just a few common sense food prep tweaks.
