We were told by servers at the downtown one there was GF options and celiac friendly dishes. But when we went to the Kizuki ramen at the southgate mall in Tukwila, the supervisor informed us that the non gluten-free soy sauce comes pre-mixed in the vegetarian ramen broth and that no ramen options are gluten-free (even the meat ones). The only gluten-free options were three appetizers: edamame, a tuna mayo dish, and a spinach dish.

All broth options have gluten even if you get gf noodles, so no reason to come here.

They no longer say that offer gluten free ramen anymore.

The wait staff did not know what was gluten free and what was not. The kitchen staff just gave her a card with allergen info... And there were 4 things on the menu that were gluten free such as rice and edemame, not a meal. They have shiratake noodles... But no broths that are gluten free, so you can't actually eat them. NOT a GF restaurant!

Wait staff is very confused about what is gluten free and what’s not. One time I came I had a ramen that’s apparently not gluten free. Luckily, I didn’t react. I had to call over 5 people today to confirm what was gluten free and what wasn’t. Don’t risk it, go to Oiistar in Wicker it’s amazing.
