Knight's Fish & Chips Est 1909

Just voted best fish and chip shop in the country and has a great gf selection with recently installed separate fryer. I'm a local and is our number one go to. Please ignore the earlier reviews with the Thursday only availability as now all the time with the new fryers

Lovely fish and chip shop! Fish and chips were cooked in separate fryer to prevent cross contamination and the option of gluten free vinegar also. Service really good and fast considering it was made from scratch

I had the gf fish and chips, the batter was extreamly hard and the chips where lukewarm and uncooked. Definitely better places to eat closeby

I love Knights for gluten free fish and chips! They only offer gluten free options on a Thursday, but this is so that they can ensure that there is no risk of cross contamination, as they clean out the fryers and have fresh oil etc. Would highly recommend.

I wasn’t able to read the review due to WIFI issues, so we just came. I didn’t know this place offers gluten free only on Thursdays. Today is Friday. Not much here to eat at all . I ordered prawns only to be told later they were out.
