Review of Knoebels Amusement Resort

They have listed on their website what is gluten free throughout the park. I ate the bison burger on a gluten free bun with steak fries at the International food court. It was delicious; I didn't get sick. Only downside was they didn't let me know which burger was GF or not (boyfriend got bison burger too). We quickly figured out which was GF and not GF. Not sure about cross contamination at the park, so not sure if park is celiac friendly.
