They offer gluten free tortillas & bread which is great, but cross contamination is a real concern. There are no separate prep stations and they do use the same equipment to heat the GF tortillas & bread as the rest of the breads. If you have Celiac disease you might want to pass.

Soooooo good! You can get any salad made into a wrap in a gluten free tortilla. And also any sandwich on a gluten free bun. They make you feel at home! I feel like I don't have celiac's here! It's the gormet sandwich shop feel that I've been missing since I've been diagnosed.
