I had a long chat with the owners of Kobbers about what they can do gluten free and keeping chances of cross contamination low. They were more than happy to help and were very knowledgeable about gluten free. There is plenty of meals that can be done GF for breakfast and dinner and when I told them I was coeliac they said they would wipe everything down. I have eaten there multiple times for breakfast and dinner and will definitely be going back.
