I’ve eaten here a few times, though the only thing I eat is the veggie sushi. The few times I’ve been, they didn’t get my order right, so I had to sit and wait for the corrections. Once the order was right, it was very good sushi. But, I will not order specific gluten free items from them, like their fried rice for example, because I’m scared they’ll screw up and poison me. I gave the four stars for the sushi.
They have a list of their gluten free items in their regular menu, under desserts, and all items on the menu have vegetarian and spicy indicators as well. I forgot to ask if they had GF soy sauce (I habitually bring Braggs), but since they're making an effort with a GF menu, I would assume they do. I had a couple of sushi rolls and some sake without problem. 4 stars because it's not an exciting GF menu.
