Food was good and mine was prepared in the back and not on the cooktop by the table with the rest of the party. However, if you order the dinner gluten free it doesn’t come with the miso soup or appetizer.

Gluten free Teppanyaki! GF is not listed anywhere in the menu, but the waiter usually asks if anyone has any dietary restrictions. Waiter said most menu items can be made gluten free. The gluten free steak & scallops Teppanyaki was (of course) prepared separately in the kitchen and not on the main teppanyaki grill. Sushi can also be made GF. Food was as good as you can expect from a teppanyaki place. It was fun being able to sit with friends and enjoy the cooking show, while also enjoying similar food. No reactions.
