They handled the hibachi meal by cooking my meal with GF soy sauce prior to introducing any gluten to the cooking table. First up was GF soup, then the salad with GF dressing. Then the chef cooked the vegetables and fried rice with GF soy sauce for everyone. My steak was cooked at that same time, again with GF soy sauce. After that, they cooked the noodles and the other meats for the rest of the table. I felt safe and could tell they were very aware of my concerns.
