Review of Koetshuis De Burcht

I had a fabulous burger here yesterday. It was thick and juicy, served in a gluten free bun (a normal GF seeded roll rather than a specific burger bun) with chips from a dedicated fryer. Bonus points for coming with gluten free onion rings which were amazing! Large portion so I didn’t need to eat much in the evening! The guy who served me (owner/manager?) mentioned he had a family member who had to eat gluten free so I guess he was more aware than most.
