I ate some gf ff cooked (per chef)in a dedicated fryer. However I did ask for gf tea, they said they had none. So I asked just for some hot water, they said that I have to buy tea to get hot water. Why would I want to buy tea with gluten when I have Celiac Disease, so no I can not have hot water… just tea with gluten. So ridiculously stupid I felt dumbfounded. Maybe I could have asked if I can buy a cup of hot water, but at that point I just walked away… they already said I can not have hot water without buying hot gluten tea. Will they put the tea bag into the hot water? Hmm 🤨 they sent me to customer services🤣. Celiacs always have to do so much more, even for a cup of warm/hot water. Thanks volcano bay for being so ridiculous.

Have eaten a GF burger and fries at Volcano Bay twice. Once no problems very happy. Next time - sick. Not sure if it was food or prep or ketchup bottle.

Restaurant inside Universal’s Volcano Bay. Chef came out to show all the options in a color coded binder and personally cooked and delivered to us.
