The servers can tell you what can be made gluten free although I stuck to the simplest rolls to be safe (avocado and tuna roll, yellowtail nigiri). Sushi rice is made with rice vinegar. They were happy to check with the chef for me and have gf soy sauce! Excellent quality fish too!

The server was well-versed in gluten issues, but when she wasn't sure, she asked one of the sushi chefs. At one point, the chef wasn't positive, so he did some research and came over to our table to deliver the results. They made great recommendations for dinner, and I felt great afterwards.
