I came here while at Oak island for vacation and wanted something a little bit more exciting for lunch. I spoke with the waitress that I had celiac (she didn't understand celiac but I did specify that I can't have gluten and cross contamination was an issue). I asked about the grilled fish tacos and she said they could make it with corn tortillas and that it was gluten free. She remarked that I couldn't have anything fried as it was a shared fryer so that gave me confidence that they at least understood some level of cross contamination. I got glutened about 3-4 hours later so it must have still had some level of cross contamination in it. I usually don't go to restaurants that don't have a robust gluten free menu but that's what I get for branching out.

They were nice enough about everything, the drinks were great and the view is great. The tacos also were kind of tasteless but still fresh and service was good. I will unfortunately not be going back to eat.

First time I went the waitress was not helpful so ended up not staying. Tried again and talk straight away to manager he was super helpful and had a nice dinner. Grilled Mahi mahi , rice and sautéed green beans . Even enjoyed a pina colada. The view is the best !

Was hesitant to eat here since they do not have a gluten free menu and there was only one review on here. I found reviews on Facebook and tried it. Food was good, I asked questions about prep and was able to eat grilled fish, rice and vegetables. The pina colada mix was also gluten free. Food was good. It was brought and reiterated when served that it was gluten free

Service was VERY lax! Took 20 mins to get water from time seated and before we saw a waiter. limited GF options. We asked for the dip with only chips and it still came with regular bread. Staff seem confused on GF a bit. Once food finally came it was tasty and I held my breath hoping it was safe especially after seeing cook staff vaping while cooking.

The Mahi catch and veggies were good and chicken bowl with edamame, pickles, ic
