We were recommended to try by a friend as they have a seperate gluten free menu. Unfortunately, not all staff had a proper understanding of coeliac and asked us how coeliac my husband was. Even though we were advised at time of arrival that there was no seperate fryer therefore we could not have fries with our meal, my coeliac husbands steak and salad was served with fries. We explained that my husband was unable to eat this meal as there was now cross-contamination on his plate. The staff apologised and ensured a whole new meal was cooked without the fries. It was a disappointing start but in the end my husband did enjoy his meal even though it took a lot longer than expected.
