I was very happy that they had 2 kinds of gf meat and were labeled as gf on the menu. I wasn’t very impressed with the pork, but the chicken was great! Also, none of the sauces are gluten free. They tried their best to not cross contaminate by using different tongs for each kind of meat but…I got a stomach ache soon after eating so be cautious!

This is a great place with Hawaiian-style food. Out of the 5 or so meat options 2 are gluten free—Kalua pork and Maui Garlic chicken—and are marked on the overhead menu where you order. Salad and white or brown rice are the other gluten free options as well as a couple sauces. The service is friendly and the meats are delicious. Nicely juicy and flavorful. I prefer this place to MoBettahs. I am gluten intolérant and have had no issues with feeling ill. I am not sure about cross contamination from handling the other gluten items on the menu.
