Poke take out window. Items are not marked on the menu as gluten free, but staff can answer questions and much of it is self explanatory.
I ended up with a poke bowl with sushi rice, spicy shrimp, edamame, and pickled cucumber. It was all fresh and delicious, and no symptoms afterwards.

I’m addition to selling fresh fish, Koloa Fish Market has poke bowls and plate lunches. They have many different kinds of poke, several of which are GF. While the GF items are not marked on the menu, the staff is knowledgeable and will help you choose the right things. The quality of the poke is outstanding.
