Review of Komboleria

Restaurante vegano e sem glúten. Eu não sou vegetariana, mas é muito interessante a forma como eles conseguem substituir carne com temperos e texturas. Um exemplo, eles fazem farofa de jaca que parece farofa de carne, hambúrguer de grão de bico que lembra hambúrguer de carne.... tudo por quilo. Usam bastante gengibre. É bom.
