Absolutely 100% Gluten Free, Vegan and Fermented. Healthy Food for a Healthy Gut.

On safety—We only order in gluten free and predominantly organic ingredients to our shop. We do not have any menu items with gluten containing ingredients. We strive to keep our products as clean and uncontaminated as possible. However, we can not guarantee any cross contamination that may occur during the transport to our shop.

100% gluten free and vegan cafe! Really fresh and tasty meals and lots to choose from. Had the taco salad bowl which was delicious. Staff were friendly and very helpful! Really cool atmosphere.

There is something for everyone on our menu. We hand make all our Breads, Sauces, Dressings so that we have full knowledge of the ingredient list and ensures our Gluten Free Status.

Our food is fresh and gentle on the tummy.

Top Savoury Pics include Falafel Bowls, Fully Loaded Nachos and Pizza Pockets.

Winter warmers like the Kombucha French Toast with Avocado Ice Cream Or creamy Gingered Pumpkin soup with Quesadillas will have you smiling.
