It’s probably more accurate to call this a patisserie than a bakery. Everything is made with rice flour and is gluten-free. They made the best gluten-free cream puff I’ve ever had. It was so good I was kind of worried it was a regular cream puff. The baked cheesecake was really good as well. They also sell tiramisu, chiffon cake, Mont Blanc, and chocolate cake. They can also do special requests if you call them and accommodate other allergies. All allergens are labeled in the display case.
