Komodo Dallas

Overall, Komodo is NOT super easy to eat at when you’re celiac, however - they will make their Rainbow Roll fully gluten free and it is the best I’ve ever had!! The crab they use is real snow crab, not imitation crab (I clarified this with the chef!), and I did not get sick after I ate it most recently. The vibe and cocktails here are amazing, so if you’re going to just enjoy a light bite and drinks, the rainbow roll is where it’s at!
