Found this gem of a seafood market up in Waimea at the farmers market on Wednesday. The owner is a wealth of knowledge in fish and preparation of each kind. He sells all local fresh fish and 3 different kinds of ceviche and poke. He uses only gluten free Tamari and understands the importance as his own mother is celiac. He reminded me that not all Tamari is gluten free and to make sure to check the labels on the island. Nothing better than fresh fish every night on our lanai! Aloha!
