The staff was super nice and accommodating, but unfortunately even though they claimed to have a dedicated area for preparing gluten free dishes, my dish tested positive for gluten when I used my Nima. I’m so thankful I tested the food or I would’ve been sick for a month

Great sushi! They always check to make sure what you are ordering is able to be prepared safely. They are very flexible with their menu to make things gluten free and the staff are very knowledgeable about how to handle it. Never got sick.

They take Celiac and food allergies very seriously. They have a separate prep and cooking area. They will cook your food with Gluten Free soy sauce in the kitchen. They were excellent!
