Konsai sushi

when I made the reservation, I advised that one of us had celiac disease. Since I could see that it was not a restaurant specialized in celiac things, I preferred to let them know.

When we arrived the first question they asked me after checking my reservation was, which of you is the one who can't eat gluten? and from that moment the super friendly waiter explained all the possible options without gluten. he brought me the gluten-free soy especially for me.

the food was amazing, i'm sure it's the best sushi in all of madeira and their service for us celiacs was very good. I recommend it 100%

Claims to be healthy and gluten free but on questioning the server and chef neither were aware that soya sauce contained gluten!! Not safe for celiacs.
