The restaurant has now introduced gluten free pizza. It does cost around 30% more than regular pizzas, but the pizzas are really good. Before cutting the pizza, they wash the pizza cutter to avoid cross-contamination which gives me a sense that even inside te kitchen separation process are kept. Very good pizzas and overall great value per money and nice gluten safe practices. I had no symptoms afterwards.
