This restaurant doesn't even know what the word "gluten" means. They did not know that soy sauce contains wheat until I explained this to them. I got glutened very bad from this place, and should have walked out the door after discovering that this is NOT a gluten-free friendly establishment in the slightest. I ate here because it showed up in my Find Me Gluten Free app for restaurants located in the area of the city I was visiting, and the other review implied the Bibimbap was gluten free if you didn't add the additional sauce. However, they used soy sauce in the Bimbimbap on the meat. They were accommodating enough to replace my order with a veggie Bimbimbap, but there was clearly hidden sources of sauce on the tofu as well, and they take no measures to separate their preparation of gluten-containing and non-gluten-containing food.

The food was delicious, but if you're a sensitive Celiac, do not eat at this place unless you're willing to make the sacrifice for a taste of authentic Korean food.
