We left. Walked in and sat down. Immediately were brought bread and something to dip it in. I inquired with staff about gluten free to have the host come back and inform me that the ENTIRE menu was safe for me. Being that multiple wheat products are listed on the menu I know that is not true information. Feeling unsafe we tried twice to speak to a staff member to ask additional questions and we were ignored. Very disappointed. Felt incredibly unsafe
I highly suggest stopping by this place. I had the lamb korma, chicken korma, veggie pakoras, gluten free garlic naan, chai tea, mango lassi, rice pudding, and ice cream. The gluten free naan and enormous variety of gluten free entrees and pakoras are amazing! We’ve been here multiple times and I’ve never had a reaction!
This is a little hole in wall. We got a family meal and advised we needed gluten free. We were assured there was no heat or wheat in our food multiple times. The meal was delicious and no side effects. We were even provided gluten free Nan with onions and cilantro. Amazing!
Love love this place, so much gluten free “Fried” food, and gluten free naan bread… i mean what more can you want! All delicious.
Essentially everything on the menu is gluten free except breads. Gluten free ‘naan’ is available and is great! Garbanzo flour is used for all fried items. The owner told me that the fryer is gluten free and they don’t fry any bread. All of the entrees are gluten free. The staff is attentive and it’s a fun, not romantic or quiet dinner atmosphere.
