Server knowledgeable about GF. On request the chef made me Geschenetzeltes (Swiss dish of veal in a sauce on rosti … and he made it both GF and DF). It was fabulous!

Most items on menu do not use wheat and are GF. Our waiter knew the menu well and offered dishes that were GF. GF rolls were delicious.
