Review of Koshary Corner

The previous review stating there is no dedicated fryer is not accurate; I spoke with the owner who assured me their fryer is 100% gluten free. She noted they pay extra to have their own fryer (this is in a food-court style shared restaurant space) and they only fry two items: falafel and vegan kofta, both of which are gluten free. It was incredibly refreshing to speak to someone so kind, patient and accommodating - a rarity when asking the usual laundry list of gluten-related questions!

Most of the menu is gluten free and everything is clearly marked - just avoid pita chips, wraps and two desserts. Highly recommend the falafel salad and vegan chicken shawarma!
