The waitress was amazingly helpful and asked the kitchen several things on her own to help me make the best choice. Menu has some GF labels, not all. Fryer is not dedicated. I got the southwest rice bowl ordered with a side of ranch. The first bowl she brought out had chips so she took it back and they made me a new one. Again she was so nice and helpful. The next bowl they brought out, I am pretty sure had the BBQ sauce on it somewhere, as i could taste a sweetness..it isn't GF. I am generally asymptomatic though. If you order here, you have to be SO specific about exactly what you want and how you want it cooked. They were more than willing to help and cook a bun on foil or in the oven etc. Would get exact same thing again and ask for no sauce and just a gf sauce on the side.

The staff was super knowledgeable about gluten and cross contamination! They were willing to heat my food in a separate clean pan. I got the Southwest Pork Bowl without the sauces, and I added gluten free sauce. The meal tested gluten free with my Nima Sensor! Thank you Koto staff! ❤
