Koto Van Mieu Restaurant

This is a popular tourist cafe that was started by a Vietnamese-Australian, so staff speak quite good English. Our server had to double check with others but we ended up having a set menu with one change to swap out gluten-containing fried chicken for pork ribs, which were absolutely delicious anyway.
