Review of Kotobuki Japanese Restaurant

I have celiac. I was a little surprised that Kotobuki had not received any reviews on this app, as I was very impressed by how knowledgeable and attentive the staff were. It’s run by a single-family, so very tight knit. The proprietor was able to take me through the full menu and go item-by-item about what they can do gluten-free and what would be safest for celiac. She pointed out a separate bar where they only prepare sushi for various allergies. Food was delicious. I felt very safe and had no reaction; though I do not tend to react significantly if I’m exposed. Overall, high marks.
