Amazing experience, the staff is so helpful and kind. If you say you are gluten free, they will mark the menu for you, and there are many options! They were great about keeping the bread my friends had separate and indicating which dips were safe to eat. For dessert, they even brought me a packaged GF wafer! The food was fantastic and I felt so welcome and safe.

A true gem a little off the main tourist tracks in a small alley. Run by a lovely family that goes out of the way to give the guests a truly unique experience of Greek hospitality - and great food.

The food has a lot of variety, quality, an excellent price/value and most important a lot of gluten-free offerings clearly marked on the menu.

Everybody is very knowledgable about the glutenfree requirements and cross-contamination.

We loved it so much and went to the place a couple of time. Our best experience during our travels in Greece.

This is a quiet, very lovely, family-run restaurant. They seemed knowledgeable and marked all safe items on the menu for me. There seems to be a little confusion: for some reason they thought I couldn’t eat rice or sesame, and they proudly informed me that the cream they used was GF. Not sure what’s going on there but as long as I get something safe, I don’t care. They were extremely friendly, careful re. cross-contamination, and I got a delicious meal and a complementary GF wafer for dessert. Very pleasant, lovely place.

Intimate dinner without the chaos of the many more prominent places in Heraklion. Location: typical Greek tavern, nestled in the alleys of the historic centre. Strictly gluten free menu. Excellent price/quality ratio. Very nice Adam who served and pampered us throughout the evening. The mother cook is good and always smiling

Absolutely amazing and safe experience. Run by husband and wife, both marked the menu for me and I had exactly what I felt like - chicken souvlaki and Greek salad. Both knew about the contamination and need for a separate fryer. Come here!

The server was super kind and helpful! I said I was gluten free and he responded “don’t worry I got you” and returned with a menu that he personally marked with all the gluten free options. Very tasty food! Highly recommended

The owner are very aware of the celliac. They marked on the menu what is available from the dishes and salads. Everything was prepared separately and very fresh once we ordered. Even the french fries where pilled by hand. It was very safe. They asked us regarding the rice.
