We went in to ask because we saw they marked gluten free options on the menu outside. They assured me that they were familiar with celiac disease and had regulars who had a safe experience. I was reassured when a table was seated near us and I heard her ask as soon as they were seated if anyone had any allergies, and when the runner brought out the meal he specifically noted it was a gluten free bibimbap. It was listed on the receipt as gluten free as well, which made me feel better that they were cognizant of it the whole time.
