The executive chef, Nicholas Bazik, was very knowledgeable about gluten. He assured me that everything in their kitchen was gluten free except for the hamburger buns. They have specialty burgers as well as gluten free fried chicken, & onion rings. With everything being gluten free, the French fries and tater tots are also free of cross contamination. The burger was delicious as were the tots and chicken. Had an awesome meal and did not get sick. Will be back!!
