Celiac friendly, with a catch.
There's nothing here that's labeled gluten free, because of potential for cross contamination (they do clearly mark on the menu what is gluten "friendly," and have all their gluten friendly options listed). But the staff was super helpful and answered all my questions. Not all of them were knowledgeable about gluten, but they took great care of me.
I got the bison burger with a GF bun and didn't get sick. It was pretty good. I mean, it's always a gamble with those GF buns, and the bun was a little dry, but I still enjoyed it. I'll be back.

Went here after hiking at red rock and it was amazing! I got the chocolate smoothie and the bison burger on a gluten free bun. Highly recommend. They take "gluten allergies" very seriously. I have celiac as well.
Yes
The food wasn't bad, but the staff was clueless about what was gluten free. Even the so called manager wasn't sure. It could be a good place if they educated their staff about the importance of making sure a persons meal is gluten free. It's not a place worth eating at and getting sick because their staff is so careless.
Great food! I stopped by after a big day in Red Rocks, and ordered a protein bowl. Not all of their sauces are GF, but the mushroom sauce they used today is (I had them check).I was very excited to find the serving is humongous! Maybe about 6oz of steak, but a huge amount of mixed quinoa and veggies.I'll be back for a smoothie.
