Great burgers and fries and gluten free buns. Sat outside since there was no inside seating due to the pandemic.

This place doesn't offer gluten free buns. I'm not sure if they will do a lettuce wrap. They do not have a separate fryer for fries either. This was a famous place so my husband and I tried it out. The wait is extremely long for a good burger but not a fantastic or unique burger. We wouldn't return simply because of the wait time and because of how the staff treated us. The fry person asked my husband to go behind me since he was paying. But my husband thought he asked him to go to the back of the line! They have a very specific ordering rhythm which was fine, we just answered the questions as they came, but the guy in front of us gave too much info about his order at the wrong time to the burger cooking person and pretty much got yelled at. It's just weird to wait so long and then be sort of not treated nicely as a customer and then not be wowed by the food. And no milkshakes? Really?
