Went Saturday night over Memorial Day weekend. Service was fast! Had the baked Haddock with double cole slaw. Both were delicious and I did not react. The GF menu items are clearly marked.

Don’t trust this place. Your only options are salads with grilled fish. Fries are also fried with chicken tenders. Manager said it was safe for celiac, I’d not trust that. They have no GF bread. Manager said they’d have to freeze it and there’s not a lot of people who need it. I’m skeptical.
Warning - You will want to go to the Chatham MA Kream N Kone, since the Dennis KNK is not gluten-free friendly. We made this mistake of looking at the wrong KNK restaurant menu online, then later had to cancel the order and drive to Chatham. Dennis KNK has no GF dedicated fryer or buns. Otherwise great food.
