I went here a few days ago. I had my fingers crossed as I wasn't sure if I would be able to eat much. The food was excellent. Many of the fried foods are cooked in rice flour. I had the breaded wings but they also serve them naked as well, the fried cauliflower, chicken strip and okra. I will be going back. The hostess was very knowledgeable.
I prefaced MULTIPLE times I had celiac and stressed my allergy. The waitress delivered our food and after significant amount of time came out and said, “just so you know the Caesar salad dressing does have gluten so be careful”. Like, ??? I had already eaten 10 bites at least. Do not trust this place at all
I get nervous when the menu is inconsistently marked as GF. They have a lot of options, some are marked and some are not. They bread many items in rice flour. They do use soy sauce in some of their rice entrees, apparently; and it isn’t GF soy sauce. Just ask a lot of questions and you should be good. The blackened cod was AMAZING. The spinach and steamed cauliflower I got on the side were pretty bland. The snow crab was really good.

Ask for no bread on chargrilled oysters, they are otherwise GF but are served with sliced baguette on top.

I absolutely love going to this restaurant. When I saw the poster in the window before they opened saying they were Cajun Asian, I assumed that there wouldn't be anything I could have there since those cuisines aren't particularly gluten free friendly. I checked out the menu out of curiosity and was pleasantly surprised to see dishes marked gluten free.
They use rice flour for batter, so most of the fried food is gluten free but I have been informed that they fry the foods with gluten separately from the gluten free. It is so wonderful to have foods like fried softshell crab and other battered seafood again. Their Krio dust seasoning is fantastic.
I am not diagnosed as Celiac as I stopped consuming gluten without being tested but I have definitely had previous reactions due to cross contamination. I go to this restaurant fairly often and can say I've never had an issue. The staff is also knowledgeable when asked.
