Love this place! There’s always a great assortment of GF baked goods - from scones to cookies to cakes, and she’ll do custom orders, too. The food truck she uses for events always has GF options, too! Not a dedicated kitchen, but staff is very aware of celiac! Strictly takeout with a few cafe tables & picnic tables outside.

This is my favourite sandwich spot near Bethany Beach! They have multiple bread options like gf bagels, English muffins, and buns. The egg sandwich with kielbasa on a gf bagel is the best! Love the packaged gf bakery good from The Gluten Free Bakery Girl. The raspberry Bakewell tart is amazing. They also have muffins, cookies and lemon bars. My boyfriend loves their blueberry coffee as well!

Reminder that this is a seasonal based town. Things are not always available at every point of the year depending on season and demand :)

Stopped in for a doughnut and left with chicken salad tuna salad. Everyone was very nice. We will be back!

Absolutely amazing! All the smoothie bowls are gluten free and vegan. They have breakfast bowls as well as sandwiches that can be gluten free. I ate here multiple times during vacation, never got sick and I am very sensitive.

Got a delicious smoothie bowl from here. They were very aware of cross-contamination and made sure that everything was clean before using it. I also got a gluten free scone that tasted very strongly of baking soda. Best part of the whole trip was that they have a cat called Buddha who is very friendly and joined us while we were eating outside.

This place is lovely I got a wonderful breakfast sandwich on a gf everything bagel and coffee and it was delicious. My non gf husband also got one on a regular bagel and said it was wonderful. Definitely will be back

Very gluten friendly bakery with many GF options, from oatmeal to banana bread and muffins. All good. The macarons are delicious. The staff seems knowledgeable and takes gluten allergies seriously. Also had smoothies and bowls. Unfortunately, no seating inside and very limited outside; more for carry out.

Stopped by Kristina’s Kitchen today. Small storefront with a few tables outside (no seating inside). The owner’s son has Celiac so they are very well aware of handling food properly (cleaning surfaces, etc). They have some packaged pastries and cookies that they sell from gluten free bakery girl in MD, some of which are also vegan. I also bought a peanut butter chocolate pie that was made at Kristina’s and was delicious. I didn’t get a sandwich today, but they said they have gluten free bread and wraps and can make most of their sandwich items gluten free. Will definitely be returning, great menu, trust their gf knowledge, and very friendly staff.
