Review of Kronborg Restaurant & Lounge

The teenage servers were clueless. But when I said I had questions, the manager came to the table and explained protocol. The cook and his daughter are Celiac and he keeps an area of the grill clear of all gluten. No dedicated fryer so I had the steamed veggies as my side and the hamburger did not make me sick. There's not many options in southern MN, so I appreciated the consideration.
