I called ahead and they said they would accomodate our request for using clean pans and extra caution to avoid cross contamination. However when we arrived the next evening, earlish at 5, they would not at all. Very disappointing.

Awesome service with knowledgeable staff about GF stuff. While most is defaulted GF, they can make non-GF things with different ingredients to make it GF. For the Pad-See-Ew noodle, I have them my Tamari to cook with and it was great.
