I did not have a good experience.. I asked my waitress if the house salad dressing was gluten free and she informed me she did not know she will check. I informed if it is not I do not want the salad since I have cealic disease she proceeded with would you want just the lettuce? Informed her no I do not want the salad. She comes back to the table saying it should be gluten free and no chance for me to say anything walks away. Then she brings out a salad that I did not ask for I informed her of this and she brings back the salad I asked for without confirming if the dressing is gluten free or not. At this point I was very hungry as we had waited an hour just to get our salads I ate the salad. I ordered the gf pizza which was good but I have had a reaction and have been sick for few days not which I’m pretty sensitive. Not sure if it was the salad or pizza but what everybody to know.

Ordered the grilled salmon and added the siesta key sauce. With the favorite side of their rice with the special tomato topping and a side of the marinated bean salad, my meal was wonderful! Added their side house salad and yum! Everything was gluten free and very tasty. Gluten free items are noted on the menu and server was very knowledgeable about it. Wonderful meal!

This restaurant has great ratings so I was excited to try it and very happy to see everything labeled on the menu. However, I wanted to leave a review so people would know that what you order might not be what you get. My husband was kind and ordered his meal “prepared gluten-free” (so I could try it) which was an option marked on the menu for the filet medallions in Marsala sauce. We had also ordered a soup “prepared gluten free”, as well as what I ordered for dinner. I don’t like to make a huge fuss over it because I’m not actually sure what my issue with gluten is, but clearly we were ordering everything GF. Great, no problem. However, when they brought my husband’s order out it was literally just a pile of mashed potatoes and 2 filet pieces completely unseasoned and with nothing on them whatsoever. The bartender came over and was like “oh yeah, btw, the sauce is not gluten free.” Thank you for not poisoning me, but who in their right mind would order that dish then, when there is a perfectly good regular filet on the menu for only $3 more. I’ve been dining out GF for well over 5 years and this was by far the most absurd thing I have ever encountered. Don’t label stuff GF on the menu if it completely defeats the whole purpose of why a person would order that dish. But also maybe inform the diners when you do discover your error. The other star I took off because the food was also not that great.

We had a great meal at Kruse & Muer in the Village. I have issues not only with gluten, but also dairy, soy, treenuts, and eggs. Our waitress went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe meal, checking into marinades, salad dressings and other ingredients. All the while, she was friendly and patient, and never once made me feel like I was ‘difficult’. I ended up with broiled salmon and sautéed green beans, and it was really flavorful and satisfying. I will say, the standard menu contains a lot of gluten…even in things you wouldn’t expect, (they use soy sauce in the Italian dressing, marinades, and soups), but I felt very safe eating here and had no reactions.

Wonderful waitstaff and food. They now have Gluten Free Dinner Rolls. (You need to call a little in advance and let them know that you would like a GF roll with your meal) I am also allergic to dairy so I usually Stick with fish. An abundance of their meals come with cream sauces.

I’ve eaten here a lot and up until recently never had an issue. Dining at the restaurant I ordered French onion soup with no croutons, something I’ve done plenty before. This time it came out with the croutons which I didn’t notice until I had taken a few bites of just the broth. Luckily just minimal side effects. These last 2 times I’ve ordered carry out they made my meals non gf and I’ve had to wait for them to remake. Thankfully I noticed both times before eating anything. Just seems like a little lack of care lately.

I have only had carryout and have not been asked too many questions.
Many items on the menu can be made gluten free. Gluten free options have great variety and the things I’ve tried (salads, Maryland Chicken and Lobster and Shrimp Pasta) have been super tasty!

Several gluten free options. My son had gluten free pasta with shrimp and lobster. We nima tested it, and it passed! Everything tasted good.

We recently had dinner with family here. I called ahead and spoke with the manager, Josh, and planned my meal ahead (can't have garlic or onion as well as gluten!). Had the best calamari of my life, Wow! Chef did the calamari in cornstarch and served with lemon. Dinner was a really yummy Raspberry chicken salad. Laura, my server took excellent care of me. Josh checked on me a couple times and said he would try to come up with other dinner options for me as well (so difficult to find restaurant meals with no gluten, garlic and onions!). Between the wonderful service, the really tasty food AND I did NOT get sick! I will definitely be back!!!
