A cute food stand run out of an actual caboose just steps from the Katy bike trail. Healthier menu for these parts including salads, smoothies, falafel (sold out tonight), sandwiches (not GF) and ice cream. Isn’t ice cream healthy? John the owner was accommodating to figuring out an option for me. He even checked the ingredients list on a specific product. Very sweet!
