I went to KTM with a friend and my husband without much knowledge of how it would go. The owner was amazing, knew exactly what gluten was and every dish that did or did not contain it (including one's that I thought were gluten free) I made a comment about how disappointed I was that all of the paneer dishes had gluten and he got the chef to make me a gluten free paneer and chili dish. I was not sick at all after eating there and had a fantastic time.
