the manager and waitress were both very knowledgeable and helpful. they explained the menu and what is and isn’t gluten free and how they can substitute. They offered gluten free soy sauce and unagi and a few other gluten free sauces. they had soft shell fried crab that was gluten free and so was the calamari. 11/10 would recommend
